Naija weather and wash and gos

I can't tell you how many times I have gazed at a pic of a naturalista with a wash'n'go and thought to myself 'This is my style for this week' and it always ends up in disaster. 

The only time I've had a successful wash and go,I had half a tub of Eco Styler Gel in my hair(don't laugh). It was messy to touch,though it looked perfect. 

I washed it out the same day and I'm never going down that road again. 

So,I've come to the conclusion that wash and gos are not Nigerian weather-friendly. 

I'm sticking with my braid outs,they last longer and only become a fro by the third day.
